Gluten Free Honey Pancake

Ingredients

1-1/3 cups GF All Purpose Baking Flower
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
pint of salt
1 Tbsp Raw Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tsp vegetable oil
3/4 cup warm water
2 whisk eggs

Method

Step 1
Mix All purpose Gluten free Baking Flour in a bowl, add pinch of salt, baking powder, baking soda. In another bowl combine the raw honey, vanilla, vegetable oil and warm water. Mix dry ingredients with the wet ingredients; gently fold in the eggs.
Step 2
Ladle pancake batter onto a preheated oiled grill, flip over when they begin slightly light brown.
Step 3
Serve with berries and honey as a syrup or your favorite syrup. I recommend honey .
