Blackcurrant & Manuka Honey
Blackcurrants are a rich source of antioxidants and most of these are anthocyanins, which give the fruit it’s rich red colour. These are produced by the currants to protect against disease and pests.

Raspberry & Manuka Honey.
Raspberries are thought to be of East Asian origin and are actually part of the rose family.
They are a good source of iron and folate and may help lower high blood cholesterol levels.

Boysenberry & Manuka Honey
Boysenberries are a hybrid of Blackberry, Raspberry and Loganberry. They are high in vitamin C and fibre and like Blackcurrants, contain anthocyanins that work as antioxidants and give them their dark colour.

Kiwifruit & Manuka Honey
